Teaching Equity Factor, also known as Teachers Excellence Factor, is a tool used by most states in the US to rate teachers across the country.

We can't hope to teach students to be better students if we're not willing to pay attention to them, be curious of their needs, be curious of their ideas, and be willing to try new techniques and strategies.

All teachers need to engage in discussion and analysis of the lesson they are teaching. Discussion and analysis allow them to make an informed decision about the lesson based upon the information that is available to them.
